Description

Selling a house, our graphics department can create your Realtor Signs to meet Avalon Park approved Standardized “For Sale” and “For Rent” signs. These are beautifully crafted, high quality aluminum reusable signs, double-sided, that carries your logo.  We can sell/list your property, print sign, install sign, fix pole and remove sign. A complete solution package for Realtors are available for anywhere Orlando (Orange) to Clermont (Lake).

STEPS

1. After your order, for a design, please reply to our email with your logo or text to be added.
2. We will then reply back with a Picture Proof to confirm how it will look before production.
3. It can take up-to 1 week from Proof confirmation to delivery.  We will notify you when it is on it’s way
4. STORE PICKUP or install sign by schedule

Requirements for Design

1. Specify “For Sale” or “For Rent”
2. Owner/Realtor Name:

4. Company Logo in all white highest resolution transparent .png gif 1300 pixel or bigger or [No Logo – just Company Name] Our graphic team can also convert your logo to white for $30. We will send you a proof once we get all the information and before we print it. It takes a week, and we will notify you when it arrives early.

Indemnity:
 Our installer will place the post sign anywhere you like on the property as long as it is safe, legal, and you inform us at the time of the order. If you choose however, to allow the installer to use our best judgement, and then want to move it, there is a charge to go back out and move it.  We can also store your sign to be reused for the next location, anywhere in Central Florida and not limited to Avalon Park.

 Avalon Mail Center assumes NO liability for any damages or litigation resulting from a sign installation or removal requests that was due to the Broker, Broker’s Agents or Authorized Personnel’s negligence.

 Installer workmen can fix a pole for a fee, if you should need it (effective 3 days after the installation). This could be for touch-ups, maintenance for any damage caused by storms, or extended time in the field.
